We appreciate you may be pushed for time or may need help pulling a room together. For this, we offer a free 30 minutes consultation with one of our Interior Designers to show you around our collections.

For larger scale projects, we also offer a full Interior Design service, please contact us for details.

Delivery will be organised with our partners couriers to get the items you love to your address as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please contact us by email at getintouch@fernandade.com or whatsapp on +918122031783.

We'll provide full documentation for the assembly of your product prior to delivery. If you are based in Chennai and would like us to assemble the product on your behalf, the assembly charge is INR 20,000 per item.

We appreciate that there are occasions when you will need to cancel your order.

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to discuss options getintouch@fernandade.com.

This does not apply to bespoke items and made to measure, where the order cannot be cancelled.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase but we also appreciate that there are occasions when you will need to return something to us.

To organise a return please email us first at getintouch@fernandade.com to discuss options. The items must be unused and still have the original packaging.

Please note this does not apply to custom made items.

If your item arrives with you damaged, please accept our apologies but this sometimes happen.

Please email us at getintouch@fernandade.com within 48 hours of receiving your damaged delivery. Remember to include your name, order number, photos of the damaged item and your refund/replacement request in your email. We will contact you and advise the next steps by email within 3 days to address the issue.
