Fern & Ade was founded in 2023 by French brand leader, entrepreneur and interior designer Adeline Graham.

After more than 25 years living and working in the UK, Adeline moved to India and saw an opportunity to connect two design worlds she loved: the restraint, craftsmanship and longevity of European design, and the colour, confidence and individuality of contemporary India.

Fern & Ade began with a simple ambition: To make exceptional European design feel at home in India.

FROM BRAND TO BUSINESS TO INTERIORS

Adeline’s route into design was not conventional.

Her international career spans brand, marketing, procurement and commercial leadership—experience that developed a deep understanding of both the creative and practical sides of building a business and delivering a premium customer experience.

Alongside that career was a longstanding passion for interiors, renovation and the way spaces influence how people feel.

After moving to India, those worlds came together.

Fern & Ade became an opportunity to combine brand thinking, commercial experience, international sourcing and interior design within one business.

Not simply to sell furniture, but to create a distinctive point of view and make it deliverable.

BUILDING A BRIDGE BETWEEN DESIGN CULTURES

Introducing European design to India is about more than importing products.

It means understanding how people live, entertain and use space. It means recognising different expectations of colour, comfort, service and luxury. And it means knowing which elements of a European brand should remain consistent—and which need to be interpreted for a different market.

Fern & Ade was built around that dialogue. Our collection brings together Scandinavian restraint, French confidence, British practicality and the richness of Indian colour, texture and personality.

The objective is not to recreate a European interior in India. It is to help create spaces that feel international, individual and entirely at home.

We select furniture, lighting and objects for their design integrity, craftsmanship, comfort and longevity.

Established European names sit alongside less expected discoveries. Sculptural forms sit alongside quieter classics. Every piece is chosen not only for how it looks in isolation, but for how it can live within a complete interior.
